The Data Controller (Power in Mind) is committed to protecting the personal data and privacy of individuals who visit this website. This notice and statement primarily concerns the confidential handling and protection of personal data of customers and newsletter subscribers on the internet, but it also applies to website visitors. - For profile data: for four years from the last login
If you take up our services, in line with recommendations of the British Psychological Society, client files will be kept for seven years once the therapy has been completed

- Authorities authorized by law to handle legal disputes

Personal and contact data will only be shared outside of Power in Mind if you have agreed to a referral to another professional. Dalma Szecsi may occasionally discuss the work undertaken in supervision but will not reveal your name or any other personal information. In extreme circumstances, where it is believed that there is a significant risk to you or someone else, she may have to contact other professionals (e.g., your GP) with your consent.

Data Ownership Rights and Enforcement

Protection of Data for Minors and Persons with Limited Capacity
The Power in Mind website and its contents are primarily not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not collect or process personal data of children under 13 without verified parental or guardian consent. Parents or guardians can request the release or deletion of their child’s data. If the Data Controller becomes aware during data processing that a user is underage, parental consent may be obtained.
The consent of a legal representative is required for the declaration of an incapacitated or limited capacity minor, except for routine registration services.
